Transform your concrete from dusty and pitted to durable and showroom-ready. We install high-performance garage floor coatings and industrial systems that resist salt, oil, and "hot tire" pickup.
Raw concrete is difficult to clean, generates dust, and stains easily. In a garage, road salts brought in by your car eat away at the surface, creating pitting and cracks.
At Cure and Seal, we provide more than just paint; we install industrial-grade flooring systems. Our coatings permanently bond to the concrete, creating a seamless, waterproof, and chemical-resistant surface. Whether you need a rugged epoxy flake system for your family garage or a USDA-approved floor for a commercial facility, we deliver a finish that lasts for decades.
The "One-Day" Floor Solution.
While we offer traditional epoxy, our premium Polyaspartic Coatings are the gold standard for Canadian climates.
1-Day Installation: Walk on it in 6 hours, park on it in 24 hours. No leaving your car on the street for a week.
UV Stable: Unlike standard epoxy, polyaspartic won’t yellow or fade when exposed to sunlight (perfect for garage aprons).
Extreme Durability: It is 4x stronger than standard epoxy and remains flexible enough to handle extreme freeze/thaw temperature swings.
1. The Flake System (Most Popular)
For Garages, Schools, and Locker Rooms. This multi-layered system combines a base coat, vinyl chips (flakes), and a clear topcoat.
Benefits: Hides dirt and imperfections, provides excellent anti-slip texture, and offers a granite-like custom look.
Best For: Garage floor coatings, high-traffic hallways, and workshops.
2. Metallic Reflector Epoxy
For Basements, Showrooms, and Retail. A high-gloss, self-leveling system that uses metallic pigments to create a 3D, marbleized effect.
Benefits: Absolutely unique (no two floors are alike), glass-like finish, seamless hygiene.
Best For: Basement floor coatings, mancaves, salons, and retail showrooms.
3. Solid Color Industrial Coating
For Warehouses and Production Areas. A heavy-duty, single-color system designed for pure utility and safety.
Benefits: High light reflectivity (brightens the room), chemical resistance, and easy to clean/squeegee.
Best For: Warehouse flooring, mechanical rooms, and automotive shops.
4. Quartz & Shop Floors
For Commercial Kitchens and Heavy Industry. We embed colored quartz sand into the epoxy for maximum impact resistance and extreme grip.
Benefits: Extreme slip resistance (OSHA compliant) and durability against heavy machinery.
We fix dozens of DIY floors every year. The "Epoxy Kits" sold in big-box stores typically fail for two reasons:
Poor Preparation: They rely on "acid etching" to clean the concrete. We use industrial diamond grinders to mechanically profile the floor, ensuring the coating bonds to the pores of the concrete, not just the surface dirt.
Hot Tire Pickup: Cheap epoxy softens when hot tires park on it. When the tires cool and contract, they pull the epoxy right off the floor. Our industrial floor systems are chemically engineered to resist hot tire pickup completely.
Safety Line Painting
Walkways, forklift zones, and hazard markings.
Chemical Resistance
Protection against oil, gas, hydraulic fluid, and mild acids.
Dust Proofing
Eliminate concrete dust from settling on your inventory.

With our polyaspartic system, we can typically prep and coat a standard double car garage in one day, and you can park on it the next day.
Smooth epoxy can be slippery. That is why our flake systems and quartz floors have an inherent texture for grip. For solid color or metallic floors, we can add a translucent anti-slip aggregate to the topcoat to ensure safety.
Yes. The first step of our process is concrete repair. We fill all cracks, divots, and salt-pitting with a fast-curing polymer filler before we grind the floor. The coating hides these repairs, making the floor look brand new.
