No. Standard epoxy is not UV stable. If you apply epoxy outside, the UV rays from the sun will cause it to turn yellow (ambering) and chalk within months. We strictly use UV-stable Polyaspartic or Acrylic systems for exterior applications.
Yes. Resurfacing is the best way to hide repairs. We first grind the surface and fill cracks and spalling with specialized polymers. Once we apply the full broadcast coating (like flake or quartz), the repairs underneath are completely invisible.
Our coatings are highly durable. You can shovel them just like normal concrete. However, to keep the finish looking brand new for decades, we recommend using a plastic shovel edge rather than a sharp metal one, which can scratch even the toughest concrete over time.
