Any touch-ups or minor deficiencies will be serviced as required.
Upon conclusion of this service period, all work shall be deemed complete, accepted, and final.

Warranty Coverage
Acrylic Sealer Systems
5-year limited warranty against peeling, flaking, or delamination under normal residential use.
Epoxy Vinyl Flake Systems
Lifetime limited warranty for the original purchaser against peeling, flaking, or coating failure under normal use and proper maintenance.
Exclusions
- Damage due to improper maintenance, abuse, accidents, or misuse.
- Failure caused by moisture intrusion, structural movement, or underlying substrate defects.
- Alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than Cure & Seal.
- Normal wear, fading, or cosmetic changes that do not affect the coating’s performance.
Quotation Terms:
This quotation or contract is based on current project details and may be subject to revision should site conditions or scope vary. Any additional work or materials required will be billed accordingly.
Acceptance of this quotation or contract constitutes agreement to these terms, including the warranty coverage and exclusions outlined above.
Terms & Conditions
- Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required prior to project commencement.
- Upon Material being dropped off a 25% deposit will be required.
- Final payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur interest or delay project completion.
- Scope of Work
- All work is performed according to the specifications agreed upon in the quotation.
- Any additional work requested will require a revised quotation and may incur additional charges.
- Site Conditions & Access
- The client must ensure safe and clear access to the work area.
- Cure & Seal is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible or unsafe site conditions.
- Liability
- Cure & Seal is not liable for damage to property not directly related to the work performed.
- Any pre-existing conditions affecting the substrate must be disclosed by the client.
- Safety & Compliance
- All work will comply with applicable safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Client is responsible for notifying Cure & Seal of any hazards on-site prior to commencement.
- Acceptance of Work
- Upon completion, the client acknowledges that all work has been completed to specifications and agrees that work is final following the service period for touch-ups.
